DAY-3: WOMEN’S VISION

Auction catalogue is now online (Monday 3rd November 2025)

The timed auction’s third day focuses on women photographers. The photographs from the Munich Gallery, particularly those by Margaret Bourke-White and contemporary photographers, are complemented by work prepared during the spring with ERASMUS students from Senigallia.

Collecting photographs by and of women is a way of embracing a vast ocean of knowledge and emotion. While the history of women in photography is immense—deserving patience that might intimidate even the most curious collectors—choosing a theme, era, or process allows passionate collectors to build truly exceptional collections of women’s work without requiring a lifetime of study.
